The facility houses the Queen Creek Fire Department Battalion Chief, Fire Station No. 1, public safety, community chambers, and law enforcement headquarters, featuring 12 dormitories, administrative offices, and three apparatus bays. The public safety complex was constructed of a slab-on-grade foundation with a steel frame, architectural masonry with metal wall panels for the exterior finish, and a combination of metal and foam roofing.
