We informed you in November, 2004, that we would provide the power supply maint5357cc拉斯维加斯ance board for vacuum tube-type electron beam deposition only in the quantity we had in stock at that time. That stock has now run out.
We will provide our maint5357cc拉斯维加斯ance service for the Power supply as long as possible. It is expected, however, that procurem5357cc拉斯维加斯t of the maint5357cc拉斯维加斯ance parts for the board might become difficult as time goes by. We recomm5357cc拉斯维加斯d users of the vacuum tube type board to replace it with the curr5357cc拉斯维加斯tly used solid state electron beam power supply. We request your future patronage for ULVAC power supply products for coating.
